Q: WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

A: For retail purchases, we only ship to Malaysia and Singapore at the moment. We also provide international shipping. 

Q: WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES?

A: All shipping charges will be calculated automatically at the Checkout based on your total order amount and your shipping address. We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders within West Malaysia and East Malaysia above RM200. For Singapore, FREE shipping are eligible for all orders of RM350 and above. However, standard shipping is capped at RM30 for all orders below the order threshold, and EXPRESS SHIPPING option is available for RM50.

Q: DO YOU PROVIDE SAME-DAY DELIVERY SERVICE?

A: Yes, we also offer Local Delivery Service within Klang Valley and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia with charges of RM30 and order has to be placed before 12PM. Deliveries will be done within 4-hour window upon checkout. For orders placed after 12PM, the delivery will be done the next business day. For orders placed on public holidays of Malaysia or weekends, the delivery will also be done the next business day.

Q: WHICH COURIER COMPANY DO YOU USE?

A: We use various courier services to ensure your parcels arrive at the fastest speed. Tracking numbers will be provided to you in your email inbox registered once your order is ready to be delivered or shipped! 

Q: WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PARCEL?

A: Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days, pending availability and credit card verification. You will receive an email notification when your order is confirmed and ready to be dispatched. We will contact you if there is a delay in the processing of your order. Please note that all discount items are final sale in which no returns or exchange will be allowed. 

Orders opted for same-day delivery will be processed on the same day or the next business day for orders made after 12PM.

Q: WHERE CAN I FIND MY TRACKING NUMBER?

A: You will receive an email into your inbox with the tracking number and tracking URL after your order has been confirmed and processed.

Q: HOW DO I ADD/CHANGE THE ITEMS IN MY ORDER, OR MY SHIPPING DETAILS, AFTER I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER?

A: Once your order is confirmed, if any changes to your items or information need to be done, please reach out to us at hello@jujumello.com so we can hold your order before our warehousing partner processes it.
