Q: CAN I RETURN MY PARCEL IF I DON’T LIKE WHAT I BOUGHT?

A: Yes, if you wish to return any part of your order you can do so within 10 days of the receipt of the parcel. Goods can only be returned if the item is of the wrong size or defective. Kindly check with our support team to confirm if the item(s) can be exchanged by simply sending us an email at hello@jujumello.com or sending us a message on FB Messenger.

Q: HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

A: Once you have received a confirmation from or support team that your item(s) can be exchanged. We allow one-time exchange on the same item that you have bought but the shipping fee has to be borne by you. If the item is unavailable, we will refund you the purchase amount in the original method of payment. All item(s) must be returned in the original condition unaltered, unworn, unwashed and with tags intact. Returns are not applicable for panties or items on sale.

Please allow up to 7-14 working days for returned items to reach our warehouse and for processing. Exchanged goods are sent out free of charge and is only processed when we have successful received the returned goods. Please ensure to obtain and send us a ‘proof of postage' by indicating the courier company used and tracking number via email. All returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they reach Jujumello.

Q: I FOUND A DEFECT ON MY ITEM BUT I'VE ALREADY WASHED IT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

A: Unfortunately, we're unable to accept your return once it has been washed. Please check your item upon receipt for any defects.
