Q: WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
A: For retail purchases, we only ship to Malaysia and Singapore at the moment. We only provide international shipping for our affiliates. To become a reseller, kindly email us at email@example.com.
Q: WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES?
A: All shipping charges will be calculated automatically at the Checkout based on your total order amount and your shipping address. We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders within West Malaysia with purchases above RM150. Shipping is reduced to only RM5 for all purchases above RM150 in East Malaysia. For Singapore shipments, standard shipping is capped at RM30 for all orders, and EXPRESS SHIPPING option is available for RM50.
Q: WHICH COURIER COMPANY DO YOU USE?
A: We use various courier services to ensure your parcels arrive at the fastest speed. Tracking numbers will be provided to you in your email inbox registered once your order is ready to be shipped! We also teamed up with Pickupp to offer same-day delivery within Klang Valley and KL areas in Malaysia.
Q: WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PARCEL?
A: All orders will be processed and delivered within 7 working days beginning 25th Aug 2017 except for carts which contain pre-order items. We will contact you if there is a delay in the processing of your order. For pre-order items, your order will take at least 14-21 days to fulfill as stated in the product page prior to adding to cart.
Q: CAN I HAVE THE READY ITEMS TO BE DELIVERED FIRST AND MY PRE ORDER ITEMS DELIVERED LATER WHEN THEY ARRIVE?
A: Yes you can. There would be a separate delivery charges for the second parcel delivery under a single order number. Postage charges of RM10 within Malaysia and RM30 within Singapore will incur. You may write in to us at firstname.lastname@example.org about your request and attach the payment receipt for the charges incurred.
